This song, just like all the other songs from What Still Romains, is based on memories and things that I've been through
in my life. The idea of this song was born from a status my mom posted about Future Idiots. My brother commented that it
was rubbish, then my mom replied we should help them reach their dreams. He then replied "Dreams are just a waste of time."
Don't let anyone push you down and never listen to those who just tell you mean things. I know that it's very difficult to shut your ears, or look away
whenever you receive a negative comment on the social medias, but try using the negative energy and turn it into something good instead.
To me that crap is fuel for my engines. If there's 9 people telling you to stop trying to reach whatever dream you're into,
you should listen to that 1 person telling you to continue.
Don't post any hateful comments about my brother, I don't have anything against him and he and his wife helped me out when I didn't have any place to stay last year.
He inspired me writing this song from a personal perspective and I know that the social medias are filled with hateful and hurtful language from people
you know and even people you don't know. This song goes out, acutally to everyone, but especially to all of you who received just crap for only trying to reach a dream.
