Silent 8mm films by Joe Slanser in and around Marion, Ohio in 1974. Much less coverage was devoted to C&O and N&W trains than in other films.
AC Tower was painted EL corporate red in either late 1973 or early 1974. There were a few notes on which trains were which, so perhaps by this point Joe had a radio scanner or got information from friendly operators at AC Tower.
