World J detatches from the classic standards of MF levels by introducing the first proper underwater level (B-2 doesn't count since water was kind of mandatory), the first sunset-themed level, the first vertical level, and the first level with a centipede.
Of course, due to its overall theme about day cycle, "J" stands for "Journey"
This world was the second and final one made with Radel Engine back then.
