This is the new Mario Party game: Island Tour for the 3DS! This minigame is called Abseiling Antics. You need to avoid the bushes and jump over them to be as fast as you can on the ground! The computers are on Master Difficulty. I myself find this minigame kind of easy, but I like it. :)
