I made the roblox avatar a few months back but I was too lazy to record lmao.
The mii avatar was pretty hard to make, because you can't rip your mii avatar directly from the games that have mii's in it, in wii games the PARTS of mii's are stored in a file called RFLRes01.arc, and the data of mii's (the assembly) are stored in the wii nand in a file format that idk about.
So I just ripped my mii from miitomo using renderdoc, it basically allows you to get models from screenshots lol. I followed a tutorial to rip the mii faces from miitomo which you can find here: vg-resource.com/thread-31437.html
You need a little bit of blender experience though, and you also need to get the custom server called kaerutomo to actually get into miitomo since the official servers shut down, I found the tutorial a bit complicated at first tbh but that's probably bc im dum XD.
I tried to make this model look like mii outfit B from mkwii, and um it turned out "ok" lol. I also made some renders of my mii avatar for the UI lol (sorry if they look bad im pretty bad at rendering lmao)
And for my roblox avatar it's just how I do my regular model imports.
