All of Kamek/Magikoopa's voice clips from Mario Party 9, provided by Atsushi Masaki, reused from Mario Superstar Baseball, Mario Super Sluggers, and New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and reused again in future Mario Party titles. Along with Shy Guy, Kamek serves as one of the player's main rivals in Story Mode, where should either of them win the current board, they'll steal all the Mini-Stars for Bowser and force the player to start that board over. Both are unlocked as playable characters after beating Story Mode, with this being the only Mario Party game thus far where Kamek was playable. Interestingly, Mario Party DS had him as a board host and a boss, while 10 and Star Rush would also have him as a boss afterwards. Make of that what you will, I suppose!
