These are all the Lose Animations that can be found in the game:
Lost 1: The main Losing Animation when you lose to majority of minigames and other few major things. Characters often have an extremely up reaction when they do this animation.
Lost 2: 2nd main Losing Animations when you lose in certain minigames. You'll likely get this from getting the Bowser Bomb item during an Item Mingame. Once it happens, character have a MORE upsetting reaction when they lose, such as falling over on the ground.
Lose 3: Not a main animation and as grieving as the other three. You'll likely see this during a very small portion of selective scenarios such as failing to get an item in an Item Minigame and a few other minigames too.
Lost 4: Not a main animation, too, but just as grieving as the first two. Basically, it's a call back from MP1 Lose Animations. You'll likely see this ONLY in the Bowser Big Blast battle minigame.
Lose 5: Horror Land Duel Exclusive. These animations are variations of an existing Losing Animation in this game. Characters will have a slight or big change of one of their current lose animation. You'll see the comparisons in the video itself.
Grief 1: Usually happens in Music Minigames. Your character has a bit of disappointment in them, but not over the top as the Losing Animations. Short Grieving pretty much.
Grief 2: This animation is uncommon. Usually, it's a short disappointment reaction from a character who got something wrong, lost something, but not too major of a loss, except when you lose a Star from the Bowser Bank as they still don't take it so heavily, shockingly.
