Peach Gardens is such a cool idea for a racetrack to be honest. Just the idea of going through a garden with a hedge maze is quite pleasant. Not to mention the Tour version and by extent, the Mario Kart 8 version has you go through the track backwards too which adds a newfound appreciation for it especially when you're gliding past the hedge statues of everyone.
