One of the songs I made for the Smash Ultimate Collab. It was a fairly short enough song that I decided to do it for Dr. Mario himself as no one else took up his slot yet. As for the game itself, it's a falling block puzzle game. Viruses occupy the area and Dr. Mario throws down pills to eradicate them. Match 4 of the same colours to win, rinse and repeat until you get a game over.
