This one was in the backburner for quite some time, and with it being the 40th anniversary of the entire series, it felt only natural to finally get this piece done for the occasion. While I haven't played DQ9, I was familiar with this piece thanks to Fortune Street and DQ11 where the Observatory was a location in both games with this theme playing. I'm sure the Observatory has a lot of significance in DQ9's story otherwise it wouldn't be a prime location, and the theme itself is very serene sounding which is to be expected when the composer also has experience writing songs for movies and anime.
