This is useless for now: there's no way to go back through the dungeon to reach Trio Grab (the game might not even give it to you anyway), and no way to get out of Twinsy Tropics at all. Leaving the dungeon will start a cutscene, but the game will softlock when an invisible Toad tries to speak to you.
This could potentially be useful if it was possible to do the OoB used for Wendy & Roy Skip (youtu.be/4eKGbFKVGP4) without Trio Grab, but nobody has managed it yet.
To do this you have to do Toad Storage in Tropical Paper Toad Hunt without using Trio Grab, which is very difficult. My setup was to run right at the lowest point on the wall that you don't fall off, then tap right repeatedly until Luigi & Paper Mario are in the same spot as Mario. Then go very slightly down, tap up-right, and then tap down again. Hold up-right, and hopefully Mario & Luigi will both be on the seam. Wiggle around until you can run up along the seam, and then hold right to clip them both OoB. For some reason, the game will allow you to abandon Paper Mario, which makes this trick quite a bit easier, and way cooler. However, it is possible to clip all three characters out.
When running around after abandoning Paper Mario, jumping with Luigi will teleport him vaguely towards Paper Mario, across any distance. If Luigi ends up next to Paper Mario, then jumping with Mario will pull him back towards the two. If you're wanting to reach one of the loading zones, make sure you don't jump with Luigi.

4-2 was horrible, but the rest of the run was pretty great. I probably wont try to improve this until the speedrun patch comes out: Ill do Max Difficulty or No Damage runs until then.
