Yep, Bowser meets Midbus who is like a rival of sorts, they are basically both the same size. Both are strong but can Bowser beat him? In this Part of Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story 3DS, I am exploring Cavi Cape as Bowser and I run into Fawful who reveals the plan of taking over both Peach's Castle and Bowser's Castle. Bowser then fights Midbus but he can't beat him. Then Bowser continues in Cavi Cape and I fight an enemy called Chuboomba. Then I find the first Chakroad. Part 4 enjoy!
