This is footage of Mario Kart Wii Online recorded the night before Nintendo's wifi servers were shutdown the following morning. Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection was Nintendo's first big venture into the online space and lasted almost a good 9 years. There are still other ways in playing this game online, but as of this video's posting, the original nintendo wifi servers are now disconnected.
