Not planning to release this anytime soon because the filesize is huge now, but this was fun to make! Olivia goes over Luma and I have converted an NTSC-U cheat code that lets you add luma to any character to PAL, so if you want to use that here you go:

PAL: 007C897B 000000XX
NTSC-U (not by me): 007B9F1B 000000XX
replace XX with the character ID (for example, Koopa Troopa = 0E so the code would be 007C897B 0000000E (PAL) or 007B9F1B 0000000E (NTSC-U))
