with this code you can start hacking as soon as the screen starts to fade in!

there a few good/bad side effects with this (good if your a FTL hacker) so in balloon battle on wifi if you hit any one it won't count the hits and in race mode your timer starts around 10 seconds early so if you finish the race in first with other player behind you you will come in a different place.

if for some reason you dont like 3.0 you can try 2.0 its just like the original except with out the re spawn glitch. (that happens on n64 bowsers castle and twilight house)
