Welcome to the Tournament Museum, created by Palapeli (aka TheLordScruffy) and other community members for their contributions (Zachruff, Leseratte, Atlas, Syara, Harumyne). This Riivolution mod is a compilation of all 49 of Nintendo's official Mario Kart Wii Tournaments that would run typically two tournaments per month from May 2008 until the shut down of the WiiConnect24 service.

These tournaments would typically last 2-3 weeks (from my memory), have their own leaderboards and you can compete for the fastest time. After each tournament, you'd no longer be able to play it, wouldn't be able to download the WR ghost for the runs or replay them, and so on. This Riivolution mod is very well done. A few features include:

- custom menu to select one of 49 tournaments
- a new view replay button after completing a tournament
- a personal top 5 leaderboard that saves to the SD card or save game

I always loved playing these tournaments when I could. I only managed to play maybe 70% of them, so some of these will be essentially a blind playthrough. My goal is to find approximately what the WW Top 10 was and/or the WR at the time and try to get to those times in each session, all the while try to craft my own strategies to make that happen. This was a lot of fun for a first go of the first tournament. I hope you all enjoy this!
