This video will help you to unlock every character in Mario Kart Wii if you didn't already know.

*Birdo is the other character in which there are 2 ways to unlock her. The other way is to win 250 races online although I'm not sure whether that is possible with CTGP or not.

*You can unlock every character by playing a certain number of VS. races but these methods are a lot easier.
