I may have already uploaded a video like this, but I got a lot of feedback and criticism on it. Here's a follow-up video that not only demonstrates it's possible, but 10 seconds faster, with less stops, and finishing both laps at the same time. Now featuring a full start up boost :p

For a full understanding of why this video is a big deal, please watch the entire thing. For a quick summary, read the following...
[1:26] the ending strat was originally decided to be a glitch because you drive on the wall, which (since there is an ultra shortcut) makes it a no ultra strategy. However, since you can do it without driving on the wall, you can just do it as such and it becomes a no glitch strategy too.
[2:26] Normally, this would be fine to leave as it is (option 1), because similar strategies with glitch and no-glitch equivalents do exist (on MG, DC, rSL, etc.), but I believe the classification of the ending strat itself needs to be reconsidered (option 2).
[3:26] Please note, when voting in the comments on whether you think the ending strat should count as a glitch or not, keep in mind that RFH/RFHA is and never has been considered a glitch, regardless of what you might think. Supergrinds are only a special type of RFH/RFHA that results in a build-up of large speed.

NOTE: Its become normal practice for me to document my work-in-progress runs and strat developments on my second channel, so its likely a shock that Im uploading a TAS with this many surprises. The reason for this is that so many of the strats were already being kept secret due to them being discovered while the task was running, so the rest of the run was as well. I agree, this seems quite hypocritical of me but theres not much I can do now ¯_(ツ)_/¯
So, about the TAS itself. I cant really say I ever really planned to start this project. It just sort of gradually started because of Task 23 and the creativity that was tested during that task. I cant express the amazement in words that I have of everyone in this collaboration and the accomplishments that were made before and during it. There were 4 major strat discoveries in a span of a month that brought the flap down by 52.6% (over half). During the task, the top two teams independently found both the ramp respawn strategy and the bounce respawn strategy. As well as this, both types of delayed lap count (side entry and reverse entry) were realised. Lastly, the ending of the TAS is an exact copy of the inputs in the 2nd place submission to Task 23, because none of us were able to find an improvement.
About the video, I figured after not releasing the strats via documentation that they deserved their own history section, similar to that of and inspired by the Koopa Cape (https://youtu.be/ZyphCIdVszY) or Daisy Circuit (https://youtu.be/XbjiEt4OYlY) ultra shortcut strat development segments. For anyone who wants to accuse me of copying the date/strat display from Wade (in the Daisy Circuit video), just know that I was the one who came up with it.
