Waluigi is inevitable and unnecessary. He is the alpha and the omega. So too is Mario Kart Tour a logical extrapolation of certain aspects of the Mario Kart franchise and Nintendo's entire history as a company.

The first part of this video is a brief history and philosophy of the character of Waluigi (and by extension, Mario, Luigi, and Wario) with brief detours into other weird aspects of Mario lore like Peachette. The second part is about how Mario Kart Tour embodies the same traits and processes as Waluigi.
