DK Pass is notoriously tough to get good RNG on, but I had solid luck on the other tracks. If everything aligns, I could probably save around 10 seconds here overall.
I tried out a few new strats for potential timesaves:
Starview Highway: Managed to conserve mushrooms for the two snow patch cuts near the end (unfortunately Boo stole them this run).
Sky-High Sundae: Used the second mushroom during the intermission to skip part of the track by tricking off a lamppost, then mushrooming
Wario Shipyard: On the intermission portion, you can go straight through the middle instead of choosing a path in the fork in the road after the second item box if you have triple shrooms. If your second item is a Mega Mushroom, you can cut across the ice instead of taking the water path. I got a coin and shell this run, so just used that instead.")
