DK Circuit: Restored the missing Thwomp & Goomba at the end. Fixed the CPU & Item routes a bit. Basically it's the kiosk demo donkey_course (final donkey_course is the kiosk demo Waluigi Pinball) with the final DK Pass camera intro and Pre-alpha GCN Yoshi Circuit trees (same placements as final DK Pass).
Wario Stadium: wario_course with kiosk demo Wario Stadium objects (plus the three itemboxes of wario_course) and final Grand Prix camera intro.
