This code will allow you to fly around the course. It breaks the 300cc speed limit as well.
Highly recommend adding it through Code Manager due to it's size.

Controls:
L + R + B + Left/Right/Up/Down = Move forward, backward, left, right.
L + B + Up/Down = Move upwards, downwards. Make sure you're not holding down R.
