This is a combonation subscriber collab and request. KoopaKickGaming has written the lyrics for Verse 1 and Chorus 1 of Water Park and I wrote the rest. Sunshine Airport was requested by Luigi Bro! I thought I'd do them together in one video.
I'm also experimenting with a new intro so let me know what you think!

It’s only half a lap to the finish line.
So choose your kart and join the race,
I heard this course is all the craze,
Accelerate at the starting sound,
Listen to the awesome music pound

Oh the Water Park, such a fantastic place,
It’s good for attractions but the main one is the race,
Go round the big wheel, using shells as a shield,
It will look so awesome, oh yes it will,
When you watch it in the highlight reel!

And we’re back to the verse again
and we got more friends so it's time to begin
I got Bowser on my left, and Mario on my right
I’m smack in the middle of a Princess Peach fight
But I’m stayin' cool, I’m calm and collected
I’m Metal Mario so I’m always reflecting
I may be heavy but you gotta give me cred
All the others see is silver on the race track up ahead
And if you think that you’re gonna pass me you are wrong
Unless you happen to land yourself a blue shelled bomb

That did hurt
My position but that's okay I'll get it back
Grabbing an item and launching my own attacks
So when you think you have won remember this tip
When you think you its over
Look over your shoulder
and beware not to get hit

To Sunshine Airport it’s so nice outside
Look there’s a plane
Not flying on it but you will take flight
This track was based off Mario Sunshine
It’s a fact that game had bad design, oh well
Where would you go
If you could go anywhere in the world
I do not know
But if I did I would take that plane for a whirl
So get in your kart and drive to the port
If you’re feeling a bit restless then stay at the resort
The terminal has listings for all the other race tracks
You can go to them if you want
The plane will fly you there and back
It travels all across the map
Welcome aboard!

If you are daring you can go for a glide
Race track that has a tarmac
Planes and jets, they are so big I think I’ll pass
I will stick to

Gliding's enough
to give a boost of adrenaline and make my heart pound
And now I’m nearing the end but I don’t wanna be finished
I’m giving up my place so that I can stay in it
This place is so gorgeous that it gives me goosebumps
It just brightens my day when I’m being a grump
So come on and race and we can have so much fun
