This is a tool-assisted speedrun (TAS). This time will not count on any real rankings. Created on Dolphin 5.0 with a real Wiichuk, TAS input, Lua scripts, TASToolkit, CSV files, slowdown, savestates, frame advance, and RAM watch.

After over 3 years since the Koopa Cape ultra was discovered, we finally have an optimised 3lap TAS! A very tedious category to perfect, hence why it took over 1 year to get this done (thank you Malleo for being the driving force).
The turnaround is by far the most finicky part to TAS. Tough QM manipulation is required to get a hop out of the ground which ejects you high, and on top of this, the hop has to be done in a certain spot to get the good wall bounce. Also note that the HWG entry we get on lap 1 - where we arent stopped to a halt completely by the wall - doesnt seem to be possible on lap 2/3.
As you may have noticed, lap 2 has the exact same inputs as lap 3 (besides the last wheelie of the race). This is because the respawn sets our position to an exact spot every time, so QM isnt an issue when using the same inputs. The copying itself was done with textfiles, and made our job significantly easier as we essentially only had to TAS 2 laps.
U/F (units per frame) is functionally the exact same as the standard KM/H, but its a more accurate measurement term, since whats commonly called KM/H is actually nowhere near the true value in kilometres per hour. Thank you to Syara for making this icon!

My first Australian Record on a no shortcut/no glitch category! Im very happy with this run.
Lap 1 | 38.165

Run analysis:
Lap 1 was going well and I got a great low-trick on the second ramp, but the cave exit was bad, as I didnt get a slipdrift + wheelie. I also hit some offroad upon landing from the shortcut.
Aside from hitting a tiny bit of offroad before the second ramp, Lap 2 was really good.
Lap 3 was great and is my PBS lap 3. It didnt have any major flaws, aside from the last turn - where I went wide and didnt cut off enough offroad - which cost around 0.150.

Hard to optimise. Compared to my Baby Booster Maple Treeway TAS, this isnt good.
