'Dem clouds move quickly.

This is how I did the effect:
I went in MKTV and recorded an entire run in slow motion, then I sped up the video and blended the frames together to generate a sampled motion blur effect.

FYI: 60 FPS only seems to work with Google Chrome at the moment.
