I have re-measured everything 3 times in Sony Vegas Pro 11, and the final time is indeed:
1 hour, 22 minutes, 22 seconds and 18 frames.
1 / 30 * 18 = 600 milliseconds.
I really don't care rounding it up to 1:22:23 or anything.
There's official Speedruns like this for Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Wii and even MKSC. Let me give it a shot here, and try to make this an official SpeedDemosArchives approved run / category. (I have no freaking idea how to do that though, anyone can help?)
I don't even see this as a 'World record' myself until SDA approves it, but the word has a nice ring to it, so I'm keeping that until someone has proof of a faster time.
If this is beaten, or never going to be accepted as an actual "Speedrun", because of lame reasons such as the trouble with counting of frames, or the unavailability of long Nintendo 3DS games speedruns or unclear "completion" or "run end" moment of the game, then I will turn this into a "How to play all 32 tracks like Gogoku7" video.
Proposed rules that were followed throughout this run:
- Time is measured starting the first frame of input, ends on the final frame of input before the credits play for the second time. (Rule could be altered due to hardships of counting 3DS videos frames)
- All 32 tracks / all 8 Cups must be completed once in Single Player, Grand Prix Mode. (No forced order though, the one I did would be most preferred)
- Any CC can be played on. (150CC recommended, but could potentially become a category)
- Any Item can be used.
- Any Kart combination can be used.
- Street Pass Miis participating in Cups are allowed, they play with the Rubber band AI, just like any other CPU.
- Single Segmented, so it must be done in one session.
- You have to / don't have to finish First every time. (This is not up to me, but I'd prefer always finishing First as a rule)
- You may not abuse any available respawn glitches, including on Wuhu Loop, Music Park, Maka Wuhu and Retro Bowser's Castle 1(GBA).
- You may not abuse any available glitched shortcuts, including Rosalina's Ice World, Neo Bowser City, Retro Daisy Cruiser (GCN) and Retro Maple Treeway (Wii).
- May be performed on an actual Mario Kart 7 cartridge or downloaded version from the Nintendo eShop, but not through any pirated copy.
- First time viewing the credits can be skipped as soon as the player can, and the second time should not contribute to the final time anymore. When it does, this is the player's own fault, and the unskipable few seconds of the credits may not be removed from the final time.
- A modded 3DS that allows direct capturing of your 3DS screens may not be used, and should be a category of it's own. (Proposed by the Guinness World Records website, and I agree to it because players with a 3DS capture card have the advantage of not having extreme strain or awkward hands positioning while recording, which you have when recording with a camera.)
- When recording with a camera, all screens must be clearly visible.
Run dedicated to former Mario Kart Wii Player's Page Champion Thomas van Deerse, currently holding Mario Kart Wii's 32 tracks Single Segment completion World record, and dedicated to Ray Parsons for being a sexy Canadian, two World records destroying beast.
Comment on this run:
F*ck this game, f*ck this category, f*ck this run, f*ck Worldwide races, f*ck VR.
I spent 3 hours holding my 3DS awkwardly, and my hands cramped up, and it still hurt, a few days later.
I'm going back to Super Mario 64 DS Any% speedrun World record attempts starting next week, like back in 2008.

![[Mario Kart 7] Rainbow Road - 1:36.917 - Gogoku7 (Former European Record)
I broke my loyalty to Doco just to proof how shitty Rainbow Roads new strats and its restructured Worldwide Top 10 are.
Even though I have proven my superiority to everyone with my 1:36.984, people keep saying I should just fuck up everything I worked on, and so I did...
I did this in 20 minutes while I was on a quick vacation to Texel. This is the first time Ive actually tried PRing with the Hamosphere. As its totally random, I decided to do it the easy way which ToNassy and Sherry master instead of Monar or DvXs original intended way.
Sorry for the horrible quality, we only took our Canon EOS 550D with us.
For the record, heres the Worldwide Top 10 updated with the times Ive seen (may be outdated, inform me in case):
Monar 1:36.398
ToReln 1:36.712 (Still suspecting this guy to not do his own PR)
Sherry 1:36.785
Gogoku7 1:36.917
Jacob 1:36.941
Doco 1:36.956
Sam 1:36.979
Itoi6 1:37.105
Nykown 1:37.167

7th worldwide
2nd Europe.
Like I said, I could beat my previous time by a bit, but I dont understand how Nyko and Keke are so fast on this track...
Managed to get an almost Live replay thanks to video editing. [Mario Kart 8] Rainbow Road former worldwide top 10](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/htizv9GWrzU/mqdefault.jpg)

![[Pokémon Stadium] Quality test 720p / 30fps - no Ghosting issue
The game really does run at only 30 frames per second.
This should and does look a lot better than the previous tests.
I deleted them because they had an issue called Ghosting, which is when my editing software tries to force two seperate frames into one.
The way I resolved it is by disabling Resampling.
The original footage is stretched to widescreen, just like all episodes of Pokémon Stadium.
This new way of recording at a higher quality and no Ghosting is going to be the standard from now on for all Pokémon Stadium videos.
Well, thats all time I will spend on writing this description, time to move to the The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess description. See you there!
