I go through the Star Palms Tourney, and the score to beat is -3. Here, a new obstacle, the Speed Panel, is added. They can be helpful in the sense that you can get even more distance, but they can be detrimental as well, careening your golf ball into the OB like what happened in hole 11. In spite of that, I manage to do pretty well in this tourney, and even manage to get an Albatross at (5:53).
