After a month without any new videos, Danny is back in action (now with a college degree as well ! :)) ). During my time off, I received quite a few emails from people asking me to play their games, so I don't know in which order they came - I just picked one at random and it happened to be this one : "Weird Islands" by Avoid Gamer (the same guy who made, you guessed it, "The Avoid World"). It's your average Mario Forever fan game: nothing really stands out or is worth mentioning, neither good nor bad. It plays OK, there are generally no bugs, the graphics are there, the soundtracks (amazingly) are at the right volume and the difficulty is not terrible. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the boss battle, where the controls suddenly go from whatever you set them in the options menu to CTRL and SHIFT. At least the game lets you know of this right away by having a warning message above the battle arena, but it shouldn't happen at all. That's about it for this one: a basic game, perfectly suitable for me after such a long period of inactivity, as it helped me get back into the 'vault-y' mood :)) Catch you guys next time with....well, I'll let you guys sleep on that one just to tease you :P :))

SONIC : I go swimming in Labyrinth Zone, a water world. Whenever I go underwater I have a limited supply of air, so you have to find air bubbles in order to keep me alive. The rush music you hear when I run out of air is iconic. Danny also helped.

Here are the two bonus levels bundled with Great Bowsers Castle, so we can officially put this game to rest. Actually only one of these can be considered a bonus level - the other one, World Minus 1-4 is taken from The Minus Worlds with little to no changes, so we shouldnt even include it here, but I figured I might as well. After a very long streak of Mario Forever games, I thought Id play something else for a change and give Jazz Jackrabbit 2 another go. I did make a series of it before, but it remained one of my lesser-known ones, so I eventually ended up removing it entirely since it wasnt getting enough views and was just cluttering up the channel. I did it in my early days, even before my channel was known as DGV, so it was no longer up to standards: the videos were low quality and spread out over many short vids, one for each level in fact ! Now that my channel has grown a bit, Ill try reviving it just to see how well it appeals to the public and also to change the pace a bit, as were probably getting a little bored with Mario by now and some variety is in order. I might even go back and do the original DOS game again as well, since that one is split up into a ridiculous number of individual vids and they all kinda suck, so this is also a perfect opportunity to clean up and reorganize The Game Vault a bit. Let me know what you guys think and whether you want to see more. Danny out.")

You people have been asking for a replay of the original World 9-4 by Syzxchulun - you got it. After hours of trying and after throwing a couple of keyboards out the window, I was finally able to complete this sucker ! I replaced the original soundtrack with the one from the map screen of World 1, just to make it more intense :) Watch !")
