This tool-assisted speedrun (TAS) was created by Mario 64 Master (Scott Rogoff) in April 2020.
Thanks to mugg for creating most of the strategy (https://youtu.be/kAso7vEnyv4). This run improves that time by 30 frames using a hookshot reel trick I accidentally discovered in 2004 while playing this level.
