U.S. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, forward deployed to 3rd Marine Division, 4th Marine Regiment as part of the unit deployment program, conduct a helicopter raid as part of a combined Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation (MCCRE) in Okinawa, Japan.

The MCCRE is a formal evaluation of 4th Marine Regiment, 3d Reconnaissance Battalion, and 3rd Marine Division's Headquarters Battalion to confirm combat readiness for each unit.
