-Added Poni Poni Club:
-----100% event spawn north of initial spawn upon new mare creation (after which spawn is randomized upon chunk creation)
-----Enter/exit club by running on the red carpet
-----Press space in club to begin DDR mini game
-----Use arrow keys to hit the arrows when they collide with the box
-----There is no penalty for missing arrows. Upon completing goal a randomized reward is recieved
-----After goal completion the next Poni Poni Club goal will increase by 50
-Added new song for Poni Poni Club
-New song muted outside of club / main audio tracks fade when near club
-Added Witch Hat
-----100% Event spawn near Poni Poni event spawn
-----If worn and mare HP hits 0 adds 50% max HP and hat destroyed
