A 1920s film of New Orleans, the film shows the Mardi Gras almost a century ago. The footage of the port and Carnival parade, was produced in 1921.
In 1913 Henry Ford created a film studio within the Ford Motor Company's advertising department. It grew to become one of the world's largest studios. This early 20th-century films about New Orleans was produced by the Ford Motor Company.
