This has been driving me crazy for almost 7 years. I recorded this video this morning to post and ask if anyone knew the name of this piece. I learned it by ear from an organist who learned it by ear and never knew the title.
However, in the time it took to upload this video, I posted a short clip on Facebook and a fellow organist was able to not only find the name of the piece, but sent me a link to a copy of the score on eBay which I promptly purchased. So a 7 year mystery solved within 25 minutes of making a Facebook post. Once I get the score I will re-upload this as this version is played by ear.
