March on the Rails: The Train Tag

"To celebrate the reading event 'March on the Rails,' I have created this new tag. I have looked through booktube, and the only similar tag is one created by Mark @BookTimeWithElvis, the "Inter Rail / Euro Rail" tag, which you can find here:

This new tag is 8 prompts and a 'tag others' prompt where each prompt is the title of a book, play or short story featuring trains. Please match another book to the prompt (doesn't have to be train- related but bonus points if you can manage that as well!)
