Join me for week # 5 of marathon training. This week I was able to run with my brother for the longer runs of this training week, as he is training for this same marathon alongside me. :)

Total miles for this week was about 29 miles. It was a bit of a back off week, so the miles were more spread out and the long run was only an 8 miler, opposed to the normal 10-15+ milers.

It was a solid week of running and the grind continues! Hope you enjoy! :)
