At this point, I've lost count of how many videos I've made of beating up poor Lotus. But honestly, with the way he spams perma-stun chain debris and the way his pitched boss drop keeps blowing up, he deserves it.
I didn't realize until watching back through this, but I got so many lucky immune barrier procs in this fight... I should've ended with like just one life left.

After how I only just barely solod Normal VHilla within the 30 minutes, I was very scared to attempt CGloom. It didnt help that my gains from shining starforce were somewhat disappointing. But as it turns out, its way easier to keep up damage output when you arent constantly walking in between threads.
Destiny made this boss very free for Illium, mostly because of the new instant crystal charge. The blink float helps a lot too, but I somehow ended up never getting a chance to use it for this run.")

As usual, this was done with no buff freezers, green pot, or any of that kind of stuff.
I never imagined Id ever get to this point in the game. But after the droplet rate buff and a couple extremely lucky black cubes, my damage suddenly suddenly got multiplied by 1.5. It was then that I knew I could do this.")

Considering how much Illium sucks at damage, and how Hell Gollux is all about damage, Hell Gollux was literally hell.")

My solo progression rules:
- No partying with other people
- No withdrawing from storage (except for compensation boxes)
- No weekly boss event coins except for the ones rightfully earned
- Everything else is fair game")

I was originally planning to do this without the cheese strat. (I actually came close once, but then accidentally cancelled glory wings instead of pressing origin for the final burst.) But then in this run I bricked the gauge in p2 and thought why not.
The order I did the perils in for p1 was the fastest way when I had lower damage, but then the final week of night troupe buffs blew my damage out of the water and the order stopped mattering as much.
For p3, as much as I wanted to focus down Taowu, I realized it was more damage-efficient to use laser exclusively for hitting both Qiongqi and Hundun at once.")
