After many tries I finally did it... this stupid boss is built for burst classes and WB is the exact opposite of that. Accidentally screwed up the first test which really set me back and ended up making me take the entire time limit lol.
I'm about 58k DEX, alternated 2 Seed rings (WJ4 and RT4), currently have temp stats from an event skill (15 att, 20% boss dmg, 20% ied, 15% crit rate) and event weather (10 all stats, 10 att, 10% ied, 10% boss dmg) and I got Bishop + WH buffs before entering, which I wouldn't have been able to clear without.
PLEASE CYGNUS REMASTER GIVE WIND BREAKERS A REAL BURST TY.
