The new boss of the MapleStory Overdrive update, Bellona, the Cruel Executioner! Accessible starting at level 280, Bellona is a 3-person boss with Easy/Normal/Hard Mode.
The main theme of this boss is her Annihilation attacks (red), which instantly take away one of your Death Count (hearts) if you are hit by them. The only way to restore them is to wait until the Insane Gauge fills up and last the entire Insane Mode (where the entire screen darkens and Bellona only appears right before she attacks) without being hit by a single attack.
