This is not possible currently without having at least a -4 second cooldown hat. Also this is with using an event buff to reach 0 attack speed, while this isn't 100% required it makes the amount of funding needed for this go down a significant amount. Server lag ate the mist eruption press which is why you see a bad delay in poison nova being erupted, which would of resulted in a fail without the 0 attack speed.
