Level 1: Consumes 1% maxHP, link attacks up to 8 enemies and consumes 4% HP per second of charging

1st Stage: no charging required, 520% damage x 7 and 5% maxHP recovery

2nd Stage: 3 seconds of charging required, 676% damage x 9 and 12% maxHP recovery

3rd Stage: 7 seconds of charging required, 832% damage x 12, 20% maxHP recovery and additional 100% critical rate and ignore monster DEF (shown at 1:07)

Cooldown: 10 seconds

This is just level 1.
Maximum level is 25:

Level 25: Consumes 1% maxHP, link attacks up to 8 enemies and consumes 4% HP per second of charging

1st Stage: no charging required, 1000% damage x 7 and 5% maxHP recovery
