This video was re-uploaded to add TDS/Brix charts and formula, which for some reason didn't encode properly the first time.

I upgraded from 3 to 5 membranes and added a digital TDS meter and tested it out on a batch of birch syrup. This ended the 2022 season and set things up for 2023.
