Still to this day the most amazing spectacle that we have seen in all of our travels. Manta Ray Madness is a night dive off the coast of Big Island (Hawaii) where the operators place huge lights on the bottom which creates a beam of lit plankton which the manta rays go crazy for. Unbelievable to watch and have the mantas swim so close over you for a good hour or so. Wow! [*re-edited and better quality version just uploaded*].
