If I've learned anything from the series I've dropped it's that EXPECTATIONS ARE DANGEROUS. Several of these series are very highly regarded in the community, but because of my preconceived perceptions, I experienced the story differently.

I also wanted to reiterate if you like these various series that awesome! I'm not saying you have bad taste if you do, this is just my personal opinion!
