Listen to staff from the Mandell Jewish Community Center discuss the rich history and traditions of Hanukkah. If you have a moment, stop by the museum to view our elaborate menorah display located in the central rotunda. The menorah is a candelabra with nine stems and is predominately displayed during the eight nights of Hanukkah. In partnership with the Mandell Jewish Community Center of Greater Hartford. Menorah display in collaboration with Jane Pasternak, Director of Family and Jewish Life at the Mandell JCC of Greater Hartford.
