Test animation rendered with Mandelbulber 2.05 (not released yet)
Tested workflow:
- recorded flight path in Flight Animation mode
- exported flight animation into keyframe animation (1 keyframe per 50 frames)
- added 'Fog based on distance effect'
- parameters for fog added to animation table
- adjusted fog parameter of every key frame (tested 'modify keyframe')
- added DOF focus distance parameter to animation table
- adjusted DOF focus on every key frame
- modified background color (tested if change is applied to all frames)
- modified interpolation type from linear to Akima for fog and DOF parameters
- modified camera rotation on first 3 key-frames
- deleted first key frame
Tested behavior:
- used Akima interpolation for camera position when distance to fractal object decreases logarithmically - works much better than Catmull-Rom interpolation
- tested very deep close up (distance between camera and fractal object on last frame was 3.5e-13) - on last frames camera movement is jerky - limited computation resolution
