Updated Comment 01/12/2018: This survey was created a year and a half ago--when I didn't have "any" insight or direction into what was happening. So, "yes" I realize it could have been constructed much better. I apologize to anyone who isn't satisfied with the structure of the survey. I was doing the very best I could at the time (considering what was going on). It still captures certain data which is very valuable. Thank you.
