25-August 2021 Armin Hirmer has reviewed the Chinese Bow by Csaba Grózer and I have instantly fallen in love with this bow.
I have asked Armin, if I could buy the bow from him and now he has arrived! 😁
The weather was excellent and I could take a video of my first shots 😄
The bow draws smoothly and the sound at release is very nice!
It’s a pleasure to shoot the bow and I haven’t felt any Manchu-kick as well - although my arrows only provided 12,4 gpp (I didn’t thought, that I would draw 28“…).

„The bows made by this technology consist of the following materials: the middle layers of wood, the inner layer of processed horn, while the outer layer of pressed sinew plate. These two layers are glued to the wooden plate by modern glue and the glued layer gets a modern fibre strengthening.“
