The City has heard from residents regarding the ongoing impact of traffic congestion caused by vehicles accessing the Allen Road on-ramps from neighbourhood streets. To address impacts, the City is developing a plan in the short term that could include turn restrictions and/or directional changes on neighbourhood streets. The community is invited to a virtual public meeting to learn more about steps to improve operations at the Allen Rd. and Eglinton Ave. W. intersection, and provide feedback on opportunities to address neighbourhood traffic infiltration on residential streets.
