The Notion database calendar can take a little while to wrap your head around, because there are so many different ways to show your data!
Here is one way to display the same events in different ways, depending on what phase your event is in.
In this example, as a volunteer for Girl Guides, every event has milestones like meetings, due dates for forms, and dates for the event itself.
I could create these as separate events on the calendar, but here is one alternative to show you how you can manage multi-date events.
