Description: Even as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and we ease back to “normal,” many of us have ongoing anxiety and hesitation. This is normal given what we have faced in the last year. Dr. Jane Sun, a psychologist at BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services, gives some insights into how we can normalize anxieties and worries and provides some tips and coping tools to help.
